All of the couriers are adoptive parents themselves. They are well-acquainted with the dossier requirements and are very willing to help you with any questions you might have.
Please keep in mind that the policies and procedures do vary somewhat from one Consulate to another. As a result, please check with the respective couriers to find out about the local requirements.
