We recommend using FedEx for shipping visa applications and dossier documents.   FedEx has proven services that are very reliable and - almost always - deliver your documents on schedule.   We suggest using the FedEx Standard Overnight service for delivery to us by 3 PM the next day.

Many of our clients want to know how to arrange for prepaid return shipping?  The easiest way is to sign up for a FedEx account online.

You can use your online account to prepare your initial shipment to us and to prepare the prepaid return airbill.  To open an online account, you don't even need to apply for credit.  FedEx will gladly set up an account for you that directs the charges for each shipment to your Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express card.

We set up such an account with FedEx when we started the adoption process for our first daughter.  It proved to be easy to use and helped us collect all our documents and take them through certification in 3 different states and authentication at 3 of the Chinese Consulates in the U.S.

When you set up an account, FedEx will provide you with free shipping envelopes, airbills, and supplies.

NOTE:  Our shipping recommendations are based on our actual experience with each service.  MyChinaDocs does not solicit or collect compensation of any kind from any shipping service or company.

While we try to make the best recommendation possible regarding shipping, each client is free to make their own decision as to how best to ship their documents and passports.  MyChinaDocs cannot be responsible for and we accept no liability for late deliveries, misdirected shipments, or any items lost or damaged by any shipping service.   In all cases, our responsibility for return shipments ends the moment we hand the shipment to any representative of the carrier or deposit the shipment in the carrier's collection box.  From that moment forward, responsibility for the shipment rests with the shipping company.
